Yup, and anyone relying on options data has real trouble. Entire chains with nothing but symbols, on those that do come up, missing strikes, occasional strike that doesn't exist, wrong symbols, no open interest on many. Quote.com has made it clear that options take a backseat to other problems, and to date some serious problems that I reported that only Qcharts seems affected by have not been corrected. Many of the problems do not exist on their website options chains when they work...figure that one out. All verified through my PaineWebber broker. Seems we need to know not only why they are having this trouble, but what preventive measures will ensure these problems are not likely to occur again. At this point, seems you can only cross your fingers on a day by day basis. sf
