Ram: Dunno, I haven't mulled it over as yet. Perhaps yes, more likely, no? I'm in my "just the facts" gathering stage of things. Still, I don't recall seeing any statement in the communication of conversion "protocol" between C.C. & VLNC that mandates VLNC communicate a conversion event to the world.....

But I've got a memory like a sieve right now and could be wrong. Hey, I will say congratulations to the threadster(was it here or on Yahoo?), who predicted VLNC would come out with a financing statement at about this point in time!

That person made a good call! Once again "just in time financing" kicks in. I wonder how much longer we're gonna have to tolerate this?

I think we'll see more bid and ask scrapping next week. The holiday weekend seems to have started already on the street, so possibly things are on hold.

Nice to see the stock close up. The 4 9/16 bid reverses the trend for now. Hope it'll continue.
