Mark: Don't know if I'd characterize this "on time" delivery of funds as desperation. But I'll have to admit, it's wide-open to interpretation. They do seem to be attempting to minimize dilution which at this point, if C.C. were to convert, puts VLNC at about....what....31 Million shares outstanding? Another open question is L.D'.s comment about September product being spoken for. Questions abound over what that means in terms of monies to VLNC, size of production to be delivered(not to mention to whom), etc.. Speaking of product, about those...... John~
