cisco and t.c.,first of all, please excuse my response in all small cap. - my typing is already painfully slow as it is. believe me or not, this is the very first time that i
post on any message board what-so-ever(i had to sign-up to be able to communicate).
i felt compelled to respond to both of you because i have gone through the trials and tribulations, as all of us have! cisco, t.c. is right. you have given up too early.
this company will have filed what we have 'endlessly' been
waiting for by next week - no hype/no pump-dump.
as t.c. has so adequately stated, this company is a valid and on-going concern - no b.s. the guy (no name
necessary) who 'controlled' this company previously practically ran it into the ground. the current president
has had quite a job to try and mend the damage.
i am also a large shareholder in this company. i have bought this stock as high as $1 and as low as 7/16(and
everywhere in between). this company' potential is huge.
investing in DTOX will pay and handsomely!
get back on board cisco - it's not too late. you've seen
the tape. "blood is in the streets, get down and dirty".
response welcome on both ends!
sincerely, lacsap

I am listening. I have a few concerns I would like to have answered before I consider putting more money into DTOX. Can you provide me any reassurance on these issues:

1. Who is doing the big selling?

500,000 shares at 1/2 on August 25, and 150,000 shares today at 3/8?http://www.siliconinvestor.com/research/historical.gsp?s=dtox

2. Any truth to the rumor that Cita has let lawsuits go to default judgement against them?

3. Any truth to the rumor that Cita owes the City of NY Metropolitan Hospital more than $200,000?

4. Any truth to the rumor that the reason the NJ hospital and the anesthesiology group withdraw from opening their clinic was an unauthorized press release by the CEO?

5. Has Cita to date paid anybody to do the patent work in the United States?

6. Any truth to the rumor that the patent has been or is being litigated in Spain?

7. Is it true that one of the four official sites listed on Cita web site (i.e. Miami Beach, Florida: Mount Sinai Medical Center) is also now closed? If so why? And why is it still listed?

cita1.com

8. What is the status of the any possible prison contracts?

9. You state that you believe that everything was been filed, but Edgar On-line through the time of this post still shows the last filing being the 10QSB for the quarter ending last September 30th.

10. Finally, is there any truth to the rumor that they are currently being investigated by the SEC? I was given the name and address which I posted, but I have personally haven't had time to call and check yet.

Don't get me wrong. I believe in the product and that there is great potential for growth if they truly own the worldwide patent they claimed, have the financial resources to pull it off, and develop a good marketing plan. My concerns rest in the fact they haven't lived up to any of their hype so far this year and the fact there are these rumors circulating about the company in unofficial circles.

If you can help me come to terms with some of these issues, I may be willing to give DTOX some more time. If you prefer to answer these questions by PM or e-mail that would be fine. I would like for someone to prove that my last post about this company was wrong. I will wait for your response. I like the product and would like to be able to support this company.
