Hockeyfan, Are you kidding? Hell no! Antiguan Business Organizations are safe from service of process from outside their jurisdiction. We may see companies like Cryptologic make similar recharters next year. Stay tuned. This is GREAT news for Starnet investors, partners, clients and employees! Starnet recognized the need for insulation and now they're getting it.

I guess SNMM is just leaving Canada and spending all that money relocating to Antigua and hiring new employees because they are innocent of wrong doing. Wait. why would they be leaving if they have done nothing wrong? I still say bad news for SNMM could come out by the week end.
