Pender Newkirk & Company -- here's proof that they are a minor
auditing firm:

They have only 5 clients who file annual reports with the SEC, and
only one of those, NESI is on the nasdaq. The others are OTC:BB or
worse. NESI has the biggest market cap at $29 M.

Here's the list of clients who filed annual reports with the SEC
within the last 12 months:

ticker company name stock price market cap

NESI NETWORK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL INC 5 1/8 29 M
EXCL EXCAL ENTERPRISES INC 3 69/256 14 M
N/A HEARTLAND WISCONSIN CORP
AQCB AQUA CLARA BOTTLING & DISTRIBUTION INC 0.260 4 M
SWFCA SWIFTY CARWASH & QUIK LUBE INC 4 5/8 ?

I created this list from the following search on 10kwizard:
tenkwizard.com

and from Yahoo's quotes:
quote.yahoo.com

Steve Bradford, CEO of Hitsgalore.com, expressed, "We are pleased to make this announcement and we hope the firm will have the re-audits complete as soon as possible. The Company will now press hard in its efforts to move away from the OTC Bulletin Board."

Move which way from the BB, I wonder.

Compared to the other clients of this auditing firm, HITT has by far the largest market cap at about $150 M. However, I wonder how many of them have a chairman who has served time in a Federal prison camp for fraud, and who have been sued by the FTC as well.

IMHO, there's not the slightest chance that Nasdaq or AMEX will touch HITT with a 20-foot pole.

The auditing firm is in Tampa FL, and most of its clients that file annual reports appear to be from Florida also.

Now why, I ask, must a company based in California go to Florida to hire an auditor?

No matter. I'm sure that now they have this auditing firm on their team, the stock will be listed on Nasdaq in a jiffy.
