Chi-X, It sounds like you're not the only one having problems. Here's an unedited (except for the Email address) Email from a friend regarding Prodigy's service. I don't own PRGY but thought shareholders might be interested. (I am long ATHM.) After two weeks of complete frustration, we have become quite disenchanted with Prodigy. Notwithstanding the fact that the switch-over was free and we were able to keep our old e-mail address, Prodigy's slow speed and poor service has left us with no choice but to start afresh.
