Good point. I cannot imagine somebody's going to drop $3 Million large of Institutional money(read here other peoples money) down without having a "warm & fuzzy". But who knows... I will say this. This damn equity is turning into the equivalent of a high wire act. You've got to keep your eyes on it constantly because something new keeps popping up all the time, not to mention the nail-biter suspense of the "will they, are they, can they just close the deal and get on with it already" has just got to be killing the onlooking crowd. Talk about a financial death defying act!! Regards! John~
