Your Happy. Jeesh, I was selling off equities to make room for a margin call. Actually, I was told about MDCM from a good friend of mine whose wifes sister works there. By the time I did my DD it had already run. Second time I have blown a good opportunity. MDCM will be OK even if rates go up. They help you save money on your mortgage. I am sure they will stress this point also!

dawg, you're right on the money in regards to shorts, they're an integral part of the process and IMO will only help if you're on the long side in a winner like MDCM... VOLATILITY IS YOUR FRIEND.

The fed will not raise rates, there is no inflation, in time this will be clear.

Shorting an IPO days before the QP ends??? Hahahahaaa.
