Used - or, at least TRIED to use - them for 3 months with Mytrack data feed. A total disaster!

It appears MyTrack's data feed is the only one in the industry that does not put a date stamp on the data that it sends. I would get data in charts that was part of todays, part of yesterdays, tracking as much as 5 pts above or below the actual trades - - effectively useless. I tried working with Bill Lynn to try and solve the problems but he could not get MyTrack to work to solve them. Since MT is owned by the same company that owns AIQ they don't seem to care if his problems are solved.

I found IRT to have the best charts in the industry - much as Qcharts but the added ability to have the Bid/Ask ticks right on the side of the chart with the last trade - - very nice touch and very useful to a daytrader.

IRT has probably the best scan ability in the industry as well - has a very long list of items it will scan for.

HOWEVER, IRT is not an easy program to use - it seem one must use several mouse clicks to do even simple things within the program.

I first came to look at Quote.com to use their feed with IRT and after looking at the Qcharts program went with it instead. That seems to have been a mistake, given what I have found with Qcharts and the companies attitude towards it's customers.

I may take another look at using IRT - but certainly NOT with the quote.com feed.

Give Bill Lynn a call - he will be happy to talk with you - - ulnlike what one finds with Qcharts.
