Kemble,
Yes, DELL's management is tops, but so is DELL's service. I just got off the phone will them.
We now have the At Home cable service available, I want to get it hooked-up to my Inspiron. Suburban cable told me I needed an Ethernet card RJ-45 for twisted-pair connection. I went to GigAbuys to look, found what I thought I needed, but still wanted to talk with service for confirmation.
What can I say...called the 800 number...gave my service code number....asked my question...verified the DELL parts number...took less than 5 minutes for the whole call...very professional, very knowledgeable, very comforting, very efficient.
It's no wonder DELL is taking over the world...they are indeed tops...Off to GigABuys!!

Steve

Wonder if DELL and IBM discussed this before DELL promised that $20B service contract to Big Blue a few months ago
