Can I legally sell stock on Ebay?

Can I short without having to borrow?

What about selling horse racing tickets? Or general proposition bets like whether the Fed is going to raise rates in October?

Dont kill ebay, there are too many possibilities

MM, I think that EBAY were to greedy to shut it down initially until some attorney told them that it is against the law.

Will see if there is a decent DA out there filing criminal charges against EBAY for this instance.

one comes to mind www4.law.cornell.edu

ebay ought be shut down on general principles...

NO! If that happens, the stock is sure to skyrocket, and I can forget about winning my end of the year $30/share bet with that tool on the eBay thread.

<<ebay ought be shut down on general principles>>

Agreed. I guess I am going to be shut down for a while if my reinstallation of BillGatesFriggingPOSWIN95 doesn't go well. I downloaded a beta version of my quote program and the bastard damaged my registry. I can't do jack sheet without getting the dreaded "performed illegal operation" message. Hell now I get it when I try to print something. I am going to jack this POS up and drive a new HP under
it today.
