Paul, I find it extremely unlikely that HTDC, a state agency of the state of Hawaii, whose mission is to promote economic development in the State of Hawaii, is our investor in VLNC shares. Unless you tell me VLNC has moved its factory from Northern Ireland to Hawaii.

Therefore, I find no evidence to support your suggestion that this was a one-time deal from this outfit. I think we are back to square 1. We have no idea who bought any of the 3 financings.

We do know that enough shares have been sold through these 3 financings, that if Daddy Warbucks were one entity, and has not sold any shares, that Daddy Warbucks will have to file with the SEC indicating they now have over 5% of the shares.
