I'm a devil's advocate by nature, I seriously can't help it. It's fun. The JVM capable of running most Java suites is already on practically every machine already unless it has IE5, then you have to download it separately. At first I thought that this was a method of slimming down the original download, but now I see the true strategy behind it. Clever guys over there in Redmond. cnnfn.com I now this is blaspheme posting this on the Sun site, but why not?
