Man I guess.

I sure hope he's right about the sales outlook Q's 3 & 4 and ASP's stabilizing. This is pretty upbeat.

I personally like this blurb:

"Shipment of the Coppermine 0.18 micron version of Pentium III in the December quarter should enable Intel to regain microprocessor performance leadership and realize improved product mix. Pentium III microprocessors are expected to ship at speeds in excess of 700 MHz in Q4. We think gross margin expansion could exceed expectations, driving EPS upside."

ask yourself...did bear stearns stock up on intc before or after raising price target....if they change it to a hold..will that be before or after they have dumped their inventory....

besides..the dollar just crashed thru it's 200 day moving average and uptrend line...
