IRSN has edged up on stronger than average volume. It looks similar to the run-up to 4 1/4 last summer. 1.3mm shares have changed hands in 7 business days or 21/2* the average volume. Potential announcements coming out soon with regards to their Siliconfilm partners and EFS-1 project and gyros. This can easily be a double bagger from these levels.
