For those of you who think the Antigua move will protect them from their problems with the Canadian authorities you have one big fallacy with this thought. Moving to Antigua may make it more difficult to serve and prosecute the offending officers and directors but it dosn't prevent a halt on the stock. Last time I checked it traded here on the BB. This move is like admitting guilt and fleeing the country just makes it worse. If you don't think that will accelerate the odds of a halt ( at least a temporary one) you are crazy.

This stock is toast even if it is all legit which its not
