Bob: It certainly seems to have potential. I would like to hear more of the specifics concerning TSIGs role. I assume we will be hearing about it in due time. The PR concerning financing stated (concerning the previous pp) that a "significant majority of these debentures have already been converted into common stock." Do you have a more specific idea of what is meant by "significant majority" at this point in time? I don't remember Gordon's last statement on $$ amounts left to convert. Thanks. Tom
