Leave it to you to cry wolf. FYI Lanier does NOT have
a lawsuit pending and yes the are in a quiet period before
their IPO. No I will not post the link that has an email
from the company stating exactly what I have just said.

walter aka irrelevant - lanier is being spun off by harris corp that's why theirs a quiet period

They are probably referring to the fact that Lanier is being spun off from parent company Harris Corp. Lanier will become a separate company.
