G.P.: Thanks for the info, and article on Carrington. I think the Romania/Bulgaria question is ardent. However it is not in German News. People seem to rely on "the big maker of harmony", U.S. money and political support. Above that both countries are known in Germany mostly for hyper-brutal criminal attacks of former special troops. Prognosis for German money is therefore bad, i have to confess :-((. However, there might be a hope if people build on the Danube question. But the Rhine-Main-Danube channel connection is rather unpopular, especially with the Greens. Regards MNI.
