SLacker:

PrimeCo has had ThinPhones since August 2nd. Not a hint that they exist in any of the Chicago papers, plus no word on their web site. They had a full array of accessories, including both sizes of extra batteries. Actually, at $49, the medium size battery is way cheaper than you pay at Qualcomm online store. They had all the cases, chargers, etc. if you are looking to pick any of those things up--several PrimeCo stores around the area.

ThinPhone came into Sprint Dallas yesterday. None on display and when some gal came in and didn't like anything I told her to wait for it. Then asked when they would be in and was told they were in the back. Awesome; saw it in the light metallic blue. It looks really neat; very light. The Nokia 6185 is out of stock, as is the QCP 1860. Salesmen also said they are having trouble getting the Nokia 6185 and frankly wondered if there is a problem. Someone on the other thread repeated rumor that Nokia has a chip problem again.

The ThinPhone was so neat looking I almost traded in my beloved Q-Phone.

Koplik, Ramsey took his lap top and is watching from Figi.
