I did not receive an email from QCharts. How did they suggest we contact them? I don't mean to be flip but the reality is they obviously don't have the manpower to handle the telephone and my past emails/onelist msgs have been ignored. I don't live too far away from them...should I just drive over & knock on the door?

What did they say, "If you didn't receive this email, contact us"?!!! Seriously, my biggest criticism is their unwillingness to communicate to their customers in a forthright & timely fashion just what is going on. Maybe they have been and I'm just not on their email list for some reason. Any chance you can forward that email to me or post it here? mzellinger@earthlink.net

I agree that bitching won't help the problem don't you think that Qcharts should at least give their customers a partial rebate for this and last month? I pay Qcharts for daily service and have not received this service.

I don't disagree with all you said but do take exception to the above -

My question is "HOW"?

They don't answer the phones, email or their own message boards, much less here.
