mrc, According to the most recent 10K, other major holders besides Mr Pappajohn are: - IAI Funds - Edgewater Private Equity Fund - FBL Investment Advisory Services sec.gov Of course, Mr Pappajohn has added to his position since that 10K and William Walters also appears to now have a significant interest. As shown in the 10K, the entities that hold Preferred Shares also control very large blocks of Common Shares. When PCES sold their operations to 3M, both Common and Preferred shareholders votes were counted.
