Its not just Global that has problems..

Stillwater Mining and Northern Plains Resource
Council Reach Tentative Agreement

DENVER, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- STILLWATER MINING COMPANY (Amex: SWC - news), Northern Plains
Resource Council (NPRC), Billings, Montana; and its affiliates Cottonwood Resource Council (CRC), Big Timber, Montana;
and Stillwater Protective Association (SPA), Nye, Montana; announced today that a tentative agreement has been reached to
resolve issues surrounding the development of Stillwater Mining's Montana properties.

Once a legally binding document is finalized and agreed upon by all parties, NPRC and SPA expect to withdraw the lawsuit
filed against the Montana Department of Environmental Quality in February 1999, regarding Stillwater Mining's expansion of
the Stillwater Mine, Nye, Montana. In addition, NPRC and CRC would agree not to challenge the current plan of operations
or the current renewal of the Montana Pollution Discharge Elimination System (MPDES) water permit for the East Boulder
Project, Big Timber, Montana.

Water , Water every where , not a drop to drink.

Happy trading. ( to the faith full. )
