Falcon and all,

A new director of a VSE company will accumulate
shares for months before being announced to the board.
This is to avoid the trading rules that apply to directors of a company (including disclosure). On the flip side Art has many many shares (probably more than AJ :) ). Maybe it was time for him to go... but maybe he doesn't need the hassle of the VSE when he sells all his shares next month into the SKYROCKETING KRT.... go baby go......

Please ignore the last sentence... I have been sniffing glue all morning....

Good Luck to us all...
