Peach is very sweet, almost sickly so. Cactus Juice is the way to go. Trust me. hehe. But, seriously, Schnapps is partly nice because of the low alcohol content. It's nothing like drinking hard liquor. Not that enough can't give you a hangover. But the silly part can be fun. But I would be perfectly willing to go the champagne route. In flutes. With an ice bucket. I'm looking forward to it, too. The weather is getting really nice here. Mid 70's this weekend.
