I was reading CCRD thread and the softness maybe due to the soft sequential growth forecast by the company executives. However, street maybe looking at the company with a different view with the new product introduction.

Me too. Wonder when we can afford to live there. Several years ago, some of my friends from graduate school moved from texas to work there. It was hard for them to pay for a house in the beginning but they did. And now looking back, they made the best investment. I read somewhere that in bay area buyers (for houses) sometimes need to pay up more than 30% above the sellers' asking price to get the offer. All the competition is due to those internut and telecom start-ups which have created tons of millionaires through stock options.
