Sorry, but "apparently" is the best I can do. I haven't seen them, just been told they exist. But I don't think it matters anymore. Looks like somebody forgot to grease someones palm,...or the farmers are pied they can't look for diamonds anymore,...or the farmers think they will destroy the river somehow. You are right. Why didn't they think of having a public meeting before they spent the million. 3 months likely equals another year. Wonder if the Brazilians are still pied about the aircraft competition with Bombardier? What goes around, comes back around eh!? The hamster is wallpaper now.
