I have some very big plans. I just cannot be very vocal about them right now. You can guess by observing the venture's name and realizing the mistake Barksdale made with NSCP and why they were bought out by AOL.

If you noticed, McNealy has toned down that rhetoric with the Star purchase. It may be cute to IT managers, but it will not fly with the retail consumer. These guys are rich and a billion arrogant dollars is not very likeable. If you notice Bill Gates in public (and not as depicted by the trade press) he is quite soft spoken and likeable, something a grandma can appreciate. The same goes for Michael Dell.
