Ron, what you have just said is not only correct but if GATA was able to strong arm twist Barrick into joining their side in their fight/agenda, and as a result as you mentioned, share value of ABX fell, then the shareholdes of Barrick would take legal action against the management of Barrick and the GATA organization. My objective was always to identify a possibility that Barrick is engaged in activity unknowned to its shareholders that could put their investment at risk. If so then it would not be on their web site or spoken of thru a company spokesperson thru phone or e-mail since that person would not be privy to such things. Thats my position, no more and no less. I have zero gain or lost nomatter what Barrich's outcome is. Doug
