keep in mind on the earnings, nite would appear to be guiding the number down, instead of warning, so .40 may not be as low as the number goes, for the q or the year.

of course 2000 sees nite entering europe and other areas, so 2000 may night be reduced depending on how much the expansion will cost and how quickly and much revs will flow back from the ventures.
