Sorry I disappointed you. No one wants inaccurate data or can abide with it for a long period. My point was that the ranting in a SI topic doesn't help get the problem fixed. I hope everyone has an alternate meaning of getting Quotes and information needed in case there is a failure in the system. I have never checked a quote with a broker,in years. I couldn't tell you if they are accurate or timely. I have never had a reason to contact customer support, but I am impressed with the quick response in fixing Qcharts SW problems and introducing new features with new versions. And yes I like the features,.That is the main reason I use Qcharts. I understand my situation/mindset/style used is not the one faced by some others Even while there was bad data, I was able to trade each day. I have a feeling things will be alright friday or monday at worse. So I will call an end to talking about the problem and the reactions.
