Metastock is best for long term kinds of stocks. Just use the preset explorer versions for that for now, they are perfect for long term choices. It's the new ones with the quick changes it doesn't highlight with the preset scans, so you have to use your own custom formulas.

ynot, I was a more of a buy and hold trader until recently. Now I trade more, not out of choice but necessity!
