Jeff,

I think you are right.

Although they still have enough cash for several months... they will need more for sure... and it is easier to get the institutions in before the price moves up.

Unfortunately, if such is the case... it will mean more dillution. OTOH, if this cash allows them to discover another VMS then we are better off.

re: current weakness............ I would not be surprized to see a 5 million share PP at $5.50 per share with a warrant, likely suspects doing the underwriting, First Marathon and Nesbitt Burns out of New York . Thats my read on it.
