It will become an issue if more of us make it an issue. The Republicans haven't been too hard on AG either. They like his stance on giving the potential future tax surplus back to the people. Please note that i am not on the republican side of this issue. There is no money to give back yet. The tax cut issue is pure Year 2000 election p[olicitics and I am sick and tired of Year 2000 politics. When the future surplus materializes, then we should debate whether to save SS or Medicare or spend more or cut taxes. But for now, the debate is just plain silly. And, if AG slows the economy down, there won't be any surplus to debate anyway.

I still say, we on SI, need to get active and write e-mails in order to make AG an issue.
