Isn't BLLS in direct competition with 'My Bills' from YAHOO! ? Seems to me that they are both offering the same service.

Benny,

Looks to me like a SEC Form 4 was filed 9/7/99 by Officer and Director, Louis Hoch that stated he purchased in the open market, 5,000 shares of BLLS @ $5.43. I hope I'm reading the filing correctly.... If you get a chance would you check it out and confirm my reading of the form....
