I thought I saw it at $220,000 when he took office in 92. It was a snippet for one of the talk shows on Fox or some channel.

Anyway, so he used his office to accumulate wealth. Sure, it might not be ethical, but do you expect ethical behavior out of Clinton.

I hate to defend Clinton on this one, but anyone in power has the right to use that power to accumulate wealth. I can see very easily how he could have amassed a few million legally over 6 years as President.

This amount is peanuts, did you see what Milken got for his last deal?

Thanks Rick...it's a shame that so many people seem to have become inured to corruption and venality (and I won't even mention a lack of probity), that they just dismiss the significance of the possibility that the ultimate insiders may have used their position for illegal gains.
