E-beam sterilization is not a new technology. However, this is the first time I've heard about applying it to sterilizing food. I agree that the comment about additives is a negative. Also, as I remember, it would be prohibitively expensive. In any case, it appears that the only thread we're hanging by right now is the laundry application still being evaluated (I hope!) by the Navy! EverHopeful
