<There were some stipulations regarding the second tranch which I believe ARIA has not yet been able to meet. It's kinda scarry to think that this company isn't even able to meet the stipulations of a floorless convertible.> Thanks so much John... what is scary also is that if I remember correctly assuming the company meets the stipulations then the second tranche kicks in?? So even if something good happens.. more dilution, albeit at higher levels supposedly. Ughhh... Well, at least we're out from under the PARS toxic... if we can just get a deal done over there we'll get out of the woods. DAK
