Briand, The stock is toast even if its legit(which is highly questionable) because its image has been tarnished. Police don't investigate a company for 18 months because they are bored. Your comment about MMCN is not applicable because it is a nasdaq stock which can be halted easily by the NASD vs SNMM which can only be halted by the SEC. The SEC is very very slow in doing anything. If charges are coming which I understand they are and the company and officers have gone to Antiga (which is a very corrupt government)then the pressure will then be on to halt the stock (from Canadian and American authorites)at least temporarily till the SEC can have its own questions answered to their satisfaction. This is all done in thre interest of John Q Public. With all the other companies available to invest in why would someone risk their money with a stock like this?? Dosn't makes sense. You cant even say it cheap with a market cap well over 100MM still. Rob
