*Dollar rallies after lower than forecast August US jobs report. *Aug non-farm payrolls +124,000, unemployment rate at 4.2 pct, avg hourly earnings +0.2 pct. *Dollar gains 1/4 yen, pops above 110 yen. *Euro slips more than 1/2 cent, heads toward $1.06. *U.S. Treasury bond rises over a point, Dow seen opening stronger. *Market fears over inflation seen soothed for now.
