Dear JW, OT 20 - 40% positions are prudent at this juncture agreed. PUC on 26th of last month decided on T's behalf, the babies continue to get the short shift near term, many rulings are pending at the state level and will lay the ground work sans any definitive Fed action. What remains to be seen is as a result of the very strong language re: high speed cable will the Feds expand that and nip the states in the bud, needless to say there is a bias towards a wild west scenario, once the chips have settled lets take a look at, at that juncture. Sorry for the rambling, these are very exciting times indeed ;))) have a great weekend!!!!,, Barbara
