Careful buying at open on gap ups all. . . waiting 30 minutes proves to be the best course 95 percent of the time. I think, however that today may be somewhat of an exception and whatever pull backs will be earlier. . .closer to 15 minutes. . . but this depends on the volume we see today. . . . that is what will tell us what to do.
