through August 1999 have reached over $10 million. OSCM-One Stop.Com
Inc. expects more than $0.20 per share earnings by the end of the
current fiscal quarter.

The public response to the company's free PC offer has been
overwhelming and beyond expectations. The firm's current strategy
involves seeking additional Shopss.com distribution channels while
expanding existing ones. Shopss.com membership requires a two-year
contract and a commitment to spend a minimum of $30 per month on the

charged a $19.95 monthly service charge. Beyond the array of products

manufactures the free 400 MHz ATX minitower computer that is provided
with each Shopss.com membership. New members can receive a free
computer installed with Windows 98 for an additional $98.

One never knows, how the wind will blow in OTC-BB land. But
over the next few weeks I think this is a very good stock.
Alot more to come from the company.
