This is from the 10K:

6. No Dividends Anticipated. At the present time the Company does not anticipate paying dividends, cash or otherwise, on its shares of Common Stock or Preferred Stock in the foreseeable futures. Future dividends will depend on earnings, if any, of the Company, its financial requirements, and other factors.

Then, further down is this:

(b) The number of record holders of the Common Shares on December 31, 1998 was approximately 300
(c) Dividends.
The Company has paid no dividends.

So....the company has no plans for any future dividends, cash or otherwise, and has not paid any dividends as of Dec. 1998.

Does this mean that the stockholders who sent in their certificates are not going to get the advertised 5% stock dividend?

Pugs does bring up a good point in this post on raging bull.
A sincere apology by Pugs regarding his incorrect post will improve that thread. The thread's purpose is discussion not
maliciousness.

'9,
Dude, just a few days ago they were telling investors that shareholders would be left "holding the bag" because AZNT would not file. Well, of course they lied to investors ( w/o apology) . Now, they are attempting to promote another lie that the financials must be "approved". That is crap also that requires an apology to those they spewed it to.
You're right '9, its a beautiful day in the Amazon !

They lease computers from Green Tree? Why then do they also claim to own $80k of computers?

Good question... And one really does wonder what such a small company would do with so much computer stuff.
