By they, I assume you mean Ericsson. I'd say they are the weaker player of NOK and MOT, but not competing with T. The reason I posted the article was simply to show the constant unexpected nature of how big this market is. If you look to the Siemans article also posted, you'll see they expect to roll out service starting immediately, Sept 1999.

So, here you have Phone.com starting off in a very high density market, being sold into Siemans projects, and Siemens is a big supplier, with PHCM providing the server software. Not bad.

Last quarter, they had a lot of unbooked revenue. About 38 million if I remember correctly. This means that as users sign on and start using the up.link server, the operator consumes unbooked revenue. Their Japanese customer was giving them an extra boost because the exceeded users ahead of schedule causing them to use additional unbooked revenue.

So, here you'll have Phone.com with an active player in a very active market starting to tick off unbooked revenue again. As each of these operators goes online, and the subscription rates go beyond conservative figure, revenues will skyrocket.

So, if you see what I getting at, when Ericsson describes being so ahead of a build plan one year out, this might be considered typical. That's why no one yet really knows how this will go. It could explode way beyond anyones estimates. Especially when new phones just come Internet enabled and the users need not apply for service, but just press a button to see what it does. The usage will be so easy to start, and then they will only have to feed the need.

Anyway, we're back to 140 sooner than 40 as you predicted. Can't say that it won't eventually go down again as the market looks a little uncertain and of course the rise has been amazing for PHCM. But, I have taken some profits and now must simply sit on hold with my shares and enjoy the ride. If the gift comes and share price drops as you say, OH HAPPY DAY!!!. I will be there buying with gusto.

Regards,

Mark
