johnlag / PUT Pursuit Resources Inc PUT Shares issued 24,902,390 Sep 2 close $2.35 Fri 3 Sept 99 News Release Mr. D. Nolan Blades reports A block of 4,777,777 common shares held by a group of U.S. institutional shareholders has been acquired by a number of Canadian institutional and retail investors. The shares were traded through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of $2.35 per share. In total the shares traded represent approximately 19 per cent of the outstanding common shares of the company. Peters & Company acted as agent in the distribution of the shares. At the completion of these transactions, to the knowledge of the management of Pursuit Resources Corp., no shareholder controls more than 10 per cent of the common shares of the company.
