Lew,

I don't know the answer to much,but I believe Laird may have sold some AOW property that DID NOT receive board or VSE approval. It was implicit in the agreement that both had to approve, so it seems like a cut and dried case for AOW. They fired Laird recently. AOW has continued a slow upward move,so I think this may be what most see here.
