It always could get ugly, but if you are awake you will notice that the old line tech is in, look at what stocks are making highs, CSCO, INTC, GTW. IBM is basing, and I bet MU makes a cub and handle break-out.

OT: Congratulations on being a new dad. You must be very proud. I am soon going to be a grandpop and will learn much of what you are going through.

Yes it has been a great five years of prosperity for investors in the leading growth companies. We will always have volatility but much of it is done on unsuspecting investors who are not aware of many moves and events to rattle shareholders. In the long run history has favored an upward bias for stocks and I suspect that will continue but
will have to endure pain and recessions from time to time.

I was impressed with your humility at the end of your message and confess that I am a terrible speller.
