Mark, the way I see it, the CFO is new at the game at VLNC and he has to listen to Lev's assessment and probably demands that he gets this in a leaky way. The CFO business was to get it and without too many strings attached, IMHO. He probably still believe the tale Lev is telling him, and I am sure Lev believes it too, but somehow, it never get to that end line where all those PO's are supposed to be the prize.
